Let’s be clear: Antoni Kirk does not sell your phone number to strangers for a quick buck. However, like almost every luxury brand, we "share" data with partners like Wix, Google, and Meta to help our ads find the right people. Under California law, this "sharing" can be considered a "sale." You can opt-out at any time.

Data Retention

We don’t hoard data. We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfill your orders, provide "Social Climber" level customer service, or satisfy our legal obligations.

No Retaliation

We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will still get the same high-voltage service and access to our collections, whether you share your data or not.
